3️⃣ Delivery & Installation: We strive to deliver on time, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Installation services are provided upon request.
4️⃣ Returns & Refunds: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective products within the specified period. No refunds will be issued for customer misuse.
5️⃣ Liability & Responsibility: We are not liable for damages caused by improper usage, accidents, or external factors beyond our control.
6️⃣ Software Licensing: Our weighing software is licensed and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized duplication or resale is prohibited.
7️⃣ Customer Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for ensuring a suitable site for scale installation and compliance with local regulations.
শর্তাবলী ও বিধিনিষেধ
1️⃣ মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট: মূল্য পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। ডেলিভারির আগে সম্পূর্ণ বা নির্ধারিত অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন।
2️⃣ ওয়ারেন্টি ও সহায়তা: আমাদের পণ্যের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করা হয়। অননুমোদিত মেরামত ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল করবে।
3️⃣ ডেলিভারি ও ইনস্টলেশন: আমরা নির্ধারিত সময়ে সরবরাহ করতে চেষ্টা করি, তবে অপ্রত্যাশিত কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে। ইনস্টলেশন পরিষেবা অনুরোধের ভিত্তিতে প্রদান করা হয়।
4️⃣ রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড: নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য। গ্রাহকের অপব্যবহারের কারণে কোনো রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না।
5️⃣ দায়িত্ব ও বাধ্যবাধকতা: অপব্যবহার, দুর্ঘটনা বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা কারণে হওয়া ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকবো না।
6️⃣ সফটওয়্যার লাইসেন্সিং: আমাদের ওজন সফটওয়্যার কপিরাইট সুরক্ষিত। অননুমোদিত প্রতিলিপি বা পুনরায় বিক্রয় নিষিদ্ধ।
7️⃣ গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব: গ্রাহককে ইনস্টলেশনের জন্য উপযুক্ত স্থান নিশ্চিত করতে হবে এবং স্থানীয় বিধিবিধান মেনে চলতে হবে।
